With the 2023 Grand Cherokee, you can choose from six trim levels: Summit Reserve, Summit, Overland, Limited, Altitude, and Laredo. This vehicle has a sculpted hood, Jeep's seven-slot grille, and a large lower grille. Other standard features include tinted windows, narrow LED headlights, puddle lights, active grille shutters, heated manually folding side mirrors with turn signals, and 17-inch wheels. The 2023 Grand Cherokee comes with a Pentastar 3.6-liter V-6 motor that produces 293 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. You can also select a 5.7-liter HEMI V-8 that creates 357 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque or a 4xe 2-liter plug-in hybrid with four cylinders. It offers up to 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. All engine options use an eight-speed automatic transmission.

This SUV has an independent suspension, responsive power steering, and excellent acceleration. It also comes with an engine oil cooler, paddle shifters for the steering wheel, and a sport driving mode. With the V-6 engine, the Grand Cherokee can go 19 mpg in urban areas and 26 mpg on the highway. The 4xe gets 56 mpge, and it has hybrid, electric-only, and gas driving modes. It can tow up to 7,200 pounds.

The optional Quadra-Lift air suspension can increase ground clearance for easier off-road travel and lower the vehicle at highway speeds for better aerodynamics. With this suspension, you can ford through up to 24 inches of water.

The Grand Cherokee offers a range of convenient features. You'll get up to 84.6 cubic feet of cargo room, Apple CarPlay, an 8.4-inch touch screen, Android Auto, and an eight-way power driver's seat. A compass, dual-zone climate control, a Wi-Fi hot spot, voice recognition, and an outdoor temperature display are standard as well.

A heated steering wheel, four-zone climate control, and a nine-speaker sound system with a subwoofer and a 506-watt amplifier are also available. You can add navigation and a 950-watt, 19-speaker sound system with an amplifier and a 10-inch subwoofer.

This SUV comes with adaptive cruise control, a rearview camera, rear cross-path alert, forward collision warning, blind spot monitoring, and lane-keeping assistance. Pedestrian detection and parking assistance are optional.
