Trim Levels
Choose between two body styles: the traditional two-door SUV and the four-door Wrangler Unlimited. There are three main Wrangler trims: Sport, Sahara, and Rubicon. The Sport is divided into three sub-trims, the Sport S, Altitude, and Black and Tan. The Sahara also offers an Altitude sub-trim.
The entry-level Wrangler Sport is ready for action with 17-inch steel wheels, tow hooks, skid plates, and foglights. Remove the Sport's soft top and doors for a convertible trip down the trail - the fold-down windshield also comes standard! The Sport S adds alloy wheels, automatic headlights, and remote locking and unlocking technology. The Sport Black and Tan adds to the Sport S lineup with all-terrain tires and side rails. The Sport Altitude features a standard hardtop and rear window washer and defroster.
The mid-grade Sahara is only available in the four-door Unlimited body style. It includes most of the Sport sub-trim features, adding extra style with painted body panels and exterior trim. The Sahara Altitude features 18-inch wheels and a rear window washer and defroster.
For the most capable off-road performance, get the Wrangler Rubicon. Its 17-inch wheels, special tires, and rock rails are ready to take capabilities to the max.
Engine
Choose from three Wrangler engines. The standard 3.6-liter V-6 kicks up dust with 285 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. It's mated to a six-speed manual transmission, but shoppers can choose the optional eight-speed automatic instead.
To balance off-road-ready power with modern fuel economy, check out the optional turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. It delivers 270 horses and 295 pound-feet of torque. Depending on configuration, Wranglers with this engine earn up to 23 mpg combined.
For even better fuel economy and tow-friendly torque, check out the new 3.0-liter diesel V-6 engine. It produces 260 horses and 442 pound-feet of torque and earns up to 25 mpg combined.
